It was a lovely day here in the UK, so (surprise, surprise) I headed out to the beach.
A beautiful sunny day, but a bit of a chilly breeze. I put on my sweatshirt and hat, then went for a walk.
The tide was far out, so I went exploring the rock-pools. It was good fun, and I thought about how much I enjoy being by the sea.
I visited plenty of great beaches when I worked on cruise ships, and I wonder how many of them I’ll get to see again.
I have an opportunity to go on a Caribbean cruise in December, but I haven’t decided yet; who knows what kind of crazy regulations may or may not be in place at that time.
