I’m currently reading ‘Every Dead Thing’, the first book in the ‘Charlie Parker’ series by John Connolly. I’ve read several books in the series before, but not for a few years.
They are rather dark thrillers, with a bit of a supernatural element to them. Have you ready any of the books? Did you enjoy them?
Some of the other dark series/characters I’ve enjoyed are Dave Robicheaux, Matt Scudder and Travis McGee. I like the Spenser series too, but they are a little lighter in tone than the ones I’ve mentioned.
